UPDATE at 7:55 AM: Van Allen now is reported to have an oily substance
at Hwy 4.September 8, 2021 at 7:05 AM: A traffic hazard has been reported on Hwy 4 at Escalon Bellota Road outside Farmington.
A slippery substance has apparently spilled onto the roadway and a caller reports it could cause a collision. CHP is responding. Be extra cautious if in that area.
