Fire on Old Gulch Road

    June 27, 2025 at 5 PM:  A fire on Old Gulch Road has been reported in San Andreas. It was apparently started from a vehicle that pulled over.

   Air and grand resources responded.  The fire was controlled at aound 5 acres.

    June 16, 2025 at 7 AM:  A collision has been reported on Moran Road near the Avery Hotel in Avery.

    Apparently someone is out of the vehicle with a handgun and there is ammunition inside the vehicle. Authorities are enroute to the scene.

    June 13, 2025 at 11:15 AM:  A grass fire has been reported at New Hogan Reservoir in Valley Springs.

    Several engines and water tenders are responding.

Solo vehicle down embankment near Lake Alpine

    June 12, 2025 at 3 PM:  A vehicle has reportedly run off Hwy 4 near Hwy 207 in the Lake Alpine area and gone down the embankment.

   A tow truck is responding to the scene.  It isn't known if there are injuries.

    June 7, 2025 at 10:45 AM:  A vehicle reportedly ran off Copper Cove Drive near Cheyenne Drive in Copperoplis and went down the embankment.

    June 6, 2025 at 9 AM:  A semi truck is partly off the roadway and blocking Hwy 49 in the Tuttletown area.

   CHP is directing traffic one way until cleared.
