    Mary Trump was interviewed on TV the other day and she told us that although the criminal activities her uncle Trump has done are only a pervue of  much worst things he has planned.

   On her podcast she tells everyone that Democrats have to stop running away from the fight with the immoral right wingers.

Control burn in Mokelumne Hill

    On Monday October 8, 2022 Calfire is burning 7 acres of grass and woodland in the Mokelumne Hill Cemetery District.

    Apparently they believe this will protect Mokelumne Hill against the next Butte Fire.

Grass fire in Lockeford

    October 7, 2022 at 3:15 PM:  A grass fire has been reported on Brandt Road in Lockeford.

   Several engines are responding to the scene. 

Collision on Hwy 26

    October 7, 2022 at 2 PM:  A traffic collision has been reported on Hwy 26 at Garner Place in Rancho Calaveras.

   Minor injuries have been indicated.

Car fire in Jamestown

    October 7, 2022 at 9:35 AM:  A car possible still rolling has been reported on fire at Hwy 108 and J59 in the Jamestown area.

   Fire department is responding to the area.

Overturned truck in Pioneer

    October 6, 2022 at 3 PM:  A truck has reportedly run off Hwy 88 at Meadowmont Drive and overturned in Pioneer.

   An ambulance is responding to the scene. Traffic is apparently backed up in both directions. 

Collision at Lake Alpine

    October 5, 2022 at 2:45 PM:  A vehicle collision has been reported on Hwy 4 east of Lake Alpine.

    Emergency personnel are responding to the scene. The pickup is on its side. An ambulance is responding.

Collision in Linden

    October 5, 2022 at 8:05 AM:  A collision has been reported on Hwy 26 at Jack Tone Road in Linden.

    An ambulance is responding to the scene for major injuries.

Hazard on Moran Road

    October 5, 2022 at 8 AM:  A deer carcass, just bones and antlers, has been reported on Moran Road about a mile from Hwy 4,

   Be extra cautious for tire punctures until the roadway can be cleared.

Country star Loretta Lynn has died

    Loretta Lynn, coal miners daughter, who rose to stardom in the country music industry, has died.

    She was 90 years old and her family says she died peacefully in her sleep.

49ers wiped the field with Rams

    With an outstanding performance by Jimmy G and a key interception for a touchdown, the Niners walked all over the Rams in last nights Monday Night Football.

   The final score was 24-9 with the Rams unable to get ONE touchdown.  Great game!
