California Likes Absentee Ballots

   With nearly all of the California State ballots for the 2012 election counted, the state reports that 51% of the voters used vote by mail, the largest so far.

   There is a disparity between the East of the Mississippi voters and those out west. They are not yet moving nearly so quickly towards mail-in ballots as are Californians.
