UPDATE: Per CHP the highway is now clear.
UPDATE: CHP arrived on the scene at 11:20 AM
A traffic accident
was reported at 11:05 AM at Hwy 88 and Cooks Station in Pioneer. The westbound lane is blocked.
An ambulance and CHP are enroute to the scene. Use extra caution if having to drive in that area. Hwy 88 is closed over Carson Spur do to avalanche concerns.
