Traffic Accident in Arnold

   12:50 PM:   CHP is on scene at a traffic accident at Hwy 4 and Oak Circle in Arnold. A solo vehicle ran off the road. A tow truck has been dispatched.

   No injuries were reported. Use extra caution in that area, as the roads are icy.
