UPDATE at 2:45 PM Injured party has been transported to Mark Twain Hospital
UPDATE 2:30 PM: CalTrans has been requested at the accident scene.
An ambulance and two CHP units are enroute to a traffic accident which must be on Hwy 4 in Arnold, although CHP has not stated it.
We are unsure of the exact location, but will update as information becomes available.
Use caution in the Ebbetts Pass area as road conditions are icy and you cannot stop as quickly as when it is dry.
