3:10 PM: CHP reports the road is now clear.
2:55 PM: CHP has just arrived at a traffic hazard reported at Hwy 12 and Central Hill Rd in the San Andreas area. What the hazard is is not yet clear. We will let you know when we hear.
Use extra caution if driving in that area.
