Is it illegal to live in another District??

It's all my
wife's fault!!

   Everyone knows that the US congressman for Calaveras County and the surrounding areas, does NOT live anywhere in the District he says he represents.

   The question is; is it illegal, or just immoral to live in another district? It has been said that McClintock's wife refuses to move out of Ami Bera's District because he is such a good, nice and honorable man.
