An eight year old Chihuahua that had been stolen from its owners' car in August was found in a dumpster in San Francisco yesterday.It was in shock, with broken ribs and other injuries, but its microchip was still intact and now he is back home.
What on earth is wrong with people; dogs poisoned, dogs drowned, dogs beaten and thrown into dumpsters? Not enough of these types of crazies are locked up!
