UPDATE: CHP just arrived at the scene.
November 10, 2014 at 12:05 PM: a tan and white dog has reportedly been hit by a car on Hwy 99 at the Tuolumne Blvd offramp in Modesto.
Animal control is on another call and will get there as soon as possible. Use extra caution if driving in that area.
