UPDATE: Two people were injured in this crash.
November 7, 2014 at 6 AM: A head-on crash has just been reported at Hwy 12 and Hwy 160 in Rio Vista.
Several parties are reportedly injured, some seriously. Two ambulances are responding. There is debris all over the highway. Use extra caution if headed in that direction.
