November 17, 2014 at 8:10 AM: An overturned vehicle was just reported at Pettinger Road and Messing Road in Valley Springs. The roadway is blocked.
CHP and an ambulance are responding to the scene. Two vehicles were involved in this accident. One person is reportedly still in the overturned vehicle.
