On April 3, 2015 the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested Jayson Matthew Bermingham of San Andreas at the Black Bart Inn for alleged False Imprisonment, Willful Cruelty to a Child and Threatening a Crime with the Intent to Terrorize, all felonies and for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance Paraphernalia and Possession of a Narcotic, a Controlled Substance, misdemeanors, along with Possession of Marijuana under 28.5 grams, an Infraction.
Bermingham was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
