Dear Editor:
As everyone knows, this will be a bad fire year. We all need to be cautious, especially those of us who live in the forest areas of the Mother Lode.
While I am making sure that I have adequate distance from my home I don't really agree that the government should decide what and how many plants or trees I have in my yard.
Don't know how everyone else feels, but we have to have some rights on our own land; we have less and less all the time. What happened to the Libertarian Party anyway; fell apart?
