When Supervisor Edson and Admin Moss tell us ON FILM that the Resource Conservation District (RCD) will NOT be using our taxes, but will be applying for GRANTS, they LIE!!
The word GRANT means that someone or organization gives you money. In the case of any government agency such as this RCD the word GRANT means TAX money. They LIE to us!!

You are totally right about that. They started calling tax money grants a few years ago. Do they think we are all a bunch of ignorant hicks?
Yep, the local agencies apply to the state and fed for "grants' which are our tax money. Moss is lying. I saw him in a video. Everyone knows that Edson lies.
