UPDATE at 2:45 PM: The semi has been moved. The roadway is now clear.
March 29, 2016 at 12:20 PM: A semi appears to be stuck on the offramp on southbound Hwy 99 at Main in Ripon.
CHP is en route to the scene. Be cautious if headed that way.
