On July 9, 2016 the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested Destiny Tylo Kerr (19) of San Andreas, at Hwy 12 and Hwy 49 in San Andreas.
Kerr was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Manufacture/Import/Possession of a shuriken (a Japanese sharpened star) weapon, a felony and for Driving without a License, a misdemeanor.
