July 9, 2016 at 3:45 PM: CHP is still investigation the cause of this vehicle being in the water.
July 9, 2016 at 2:30 PM: A car was reported in water at Santa Fe Avenue and Cunningham Road in Le Grande with 2 or 3 people inside.
Dive teams have been dispatched to the scene. CHP has is listed as a fatality. A tow truck is also responding.
