UPDATE: This was a broken down big rig and is now being towed by Sam Berri with an escort out of the area.
July 8, 2016 at 1:35 PM: Two CHP are en route to Milton Road and Hunt Road where a traffic hazard has been reported in Milton.
It isn't clear what the hazard is, but it isn't far from the dump.
