The agenda for Tuesday December 4, 2018 has an agenda item recognizing several people for their service with odd numbers of years.
With all the rumors of the City possibly losing its status as a city, we wonder if that is why so many are jumping ship.
Even Susan Wenger, the recent appointee to City Clerk is leaving apparently and they are actually bringing back the unpopular MARY Kelly, who everyone thought retired and appointing her as City Clerk, Treasurer as part of the Consent Agenda.
