UPDATE: PG&E is en route as this is vegetation around the bottom of some lines or a box.
UPDATE: The fire has been knocked down. Now doing investigation and clean up.
UPDATE: First engine on scene reports heavy smoke from one side of building.
No spread to wildlands, but other residences nearby.
UPDATE: This may also be a structure involved fire. Several engines and water tenders
are responding. Avoid the area if possible.
November 20, 2018 at 10:25 AM: A grass fire has been reported on Parrotts Ferry Road in Columbia.
Fire personnel are responding.
