UPDATE: Fire personnel are attempting to extricate trapped victims. Hwy 49 is blocked.
November 24, 2018 at 10:40 AM: A grey van has reportedly overturned on Hwy 49 near O'Connell Road in San Andreas.
An ambulance is responding to the scene. Be extra careful if in that area.
