The California State Senate passed a bill that forbids any candidate running for office to appear on their ballot unless they release 5 years of tax returns.This mainly affects Trump, since he is hiding his tax returns from the public. Most honorable elected officials openly turn over their returns.

In that case voters can do a write in. Doesn't stop anyone from voting for Trump. What a waste of time and money.
