On May 20, 2019 Angels Camp Police arrested Richard B. Davis (38) of Jackson on Hwy 49 at Lombardi Drive in San Andreas.
Davis was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly having a Concealed weapon in the Vehicle, a felony and for DUI alcohol or drugs, DUI alcohol over .08% and Hit and Run with Property Damage, misdemeanors.
