4:15PM: Another accident was reported at Moran and Russell Road in Arnold. Apparently the County Road crew was notified. A green toyota was the only vehicle involved, and no injuries were reported.
CHP is enroute to the scene. The entire Ebbetts Pass area is icy due the this afternoon's snowstorm.
