Carson Spur on Hwy 88 was closed for awhile, but it has re-opened.
CHP reports that chain requirements are in effect from Hamm's Station to Lumberyard on Hwy 88 and from Poison Springs to Mt.Reba Road on Hwy 4.
Snow levels are expected to drop drop later in the morning. Be careful on wet or snowy highways
