UPDATE: 12:25PM Part of Hwy 99 had to be closed temporarily to clear the parts from the accident. A bumper and a headlight were laying in the lanes.
At 12:15: CHP is currently on the scene of an accident at the intersection of Hwy 4 and Hwy 99 in Stockton. Parts of one vehicle are spread in the lanes.
Use extra caution if driving in that area.
