The Calaveras County Water District just issued a press release to announce that Dennis Dooley has been elected Board President for 2013. He will take over for Don Stump immediately.
They have a new General Manager as of December 10, 2012. His name is Mitchell Dion. Scott Ratterman was elected Vice-President.
Will they continue their policies of secrecy and raising our water rates? We suppose they will never change and be for the people.
