A study done by the Casey Foundation shows that in California there are presently 850,000 youth, aged 16 to 24 not attending school or working.
Our question is, what are they doing????

Why should they bother to go to school? They may create job positions with the Sheriff, DA and probation. Then they get their "stuff" from us. Three meals, bed, recreation room with top of the line Television. What about weights?
