UPDATE at 1:10 PM: CHP is now at the site and 2 tow trucks have been called to the scene. No injuries have been reported.
A traffic accident has occurred at Hwy 88 and Twin Bridges around 12:55 PM, the site of ongoing construction.
CHP has been on site earlier in the day for the construction but was called away. A unit is currently responding to the scene.
Use extra caution if driving in that area.
