After decades of slow increments of growth, this past November election showed that the older, whiter voter is no longer in control.
This should be a wake-up call to Republicans, here and across the country. Why?
Because while white voters still lean conservative and will support Republican candidates, eithnic voters make up around 40% of the electorate and tend to feel Democrats or independent candidates are more in tune with their needs.
