The City Council of Angels Camp, due to their advanced age, have absolutely no actual capability to understand the collapse of its economy over the past 9 years.Three of them must be at least 80 years old and even though Behiel and Folendorf try to reason with them they raised fees on building homes by nearly 100% in Angels Camp.
The City Administrator was accused of doing this just as a 55 home development was planned, but he tried to deny it. We believe it is absolutely true. Why would anyone build in a town that is so anti-business as Angels Camp?
