Kaylee Arney, the 14 year old who was reported missing in West Point, was located after a search warrant was issued on a residence in West Point.
Kaylee was found hiding within a closet behind clothing in the corner. Another hiding place with Kaylee's phone was found under the home.
The three people arrested for various offenses are: Isaiah Haggard (20) of West Point, and Annie Pearl Abernathy (41) of West Point, for alleged charges including numerous counts of Providing False Information to a Peace Officer, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and Felony Child Endangerment. A third person, Jose Tinocopureco (34) of West Point was arrested for allegedly Providing false information fo a Peace Officer and for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, and they were all booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
According to the Sheriff's Office, Haggard was originally questioned about Kaylee's whereabouts and was originally not listed as a suspect due to his fabrications and false statements. The investigation is ongoing.
