According to CHP on November 5, 2020 around 12:50 PM a 67 year old driver from
Simi Valley was on Railroad Flat Road near Piney Lane in Railroad Flat and was driving at an unknow rate of speed.He allowed his 1999 Ford F250 to drift off the road and up and embankment, cause the vehicle to overturn, trapping the driver inside.
The fire department was able to remove the victim, who did not survive the crash. The name is withheld until notification of next of kin.
