January 11, 2021 at 2:50 PM: Two skinned dead cows were reported on Hwy 4 at Stallion Way below Angels Camp. CHP is at the scene.
Caltrans refuses to pick them up. A rancher thinks they were butchered on his property and fell off the truck that was hauling them away.
