DeWayne Williams (33) of Arnold at the Tuolumne County Jail.
Williams was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Failure to appear charges, both misdemeanor and felony.
He had apparently been held in Tuolumne for alleged Burglary charges, where authorities stated he rammed his car into two locations to steal.
