It appears to be making a run toward Toyon.
As of August 5, 2026 CalFire says the total acres burned so far in the Gann Fire is now over
7000 and that homes have been destroyed.
The area around Pool Station Road and Jaquima Road has many homes and some have succumbed to this fire. Fire is now 10 % contained.
