Emergencies at Murphys Sanitary District Continue

The emergency Murphys Sanitary District Board meeting that was scheduled last Thursday is to reconvene on Monday, October 1, 2012 at 8 AM on Big Trees Rd. in Murphys.

Thank you, Calaveras taxpayers,
for eating out ****!
The Calaveras County Board of Supervisors, at Supervisor Callaways orders, approved spending our County Tax money to allow what she herself inferred was an  incompetent and corrupt district that violates laws.

Callaway made public that a person acting as manager before Julio Guerra was hired, secretly stashed sewage sludge away, tons and tons and tons of it. She stated that no one on the MSD Board knew of the secret storage

Murphys Sanitary District has been in trouble with the State of California because of this bad employee.

Now, our tax money is going to help bail them out. If they paid what the going price is for dumping it would be over $50,000, or for one employee to be rehired that was laid off at the Sheriff's Department.

Chair Tofanelli was the only one with the guts to vote against this corruption. Tryon, Spellman, Wilensky and of course, Callaway always support their campaign supporters with our tax money.
