Planning Commission Discusses Tryons' "Party law"!

This is the book of rules for yard sales!!
In a lengthy and unbelievably micro-discussion on what rules will be enacted in order for someone to have a party or special event in Calaveras County, it was shocking to see how many minute details
were encompassed.

If you want to hold a parade, the word parade has to be defined specifically, Dawn McLaughlin stated, so that no one can hold a parade that could be turned into something else.

Let's consider the Murphys "Grape Stomp", Goldrush Days, street sale, food booths, music event, parade, etc.  How many permits will they need? How many are they getting now?

And listen to this. If you have garage or yard sales, there are permits required? For people who have more than around 5 a year, they only will start counting after someone complains.

So, if you have 5, and then a neighbor complains, they will then begin the count all over again. These people make absolutely no sense.

This is because they don't trust the neighbors?  What this actually means is that this county will need to hire many nore code enforcement people to go out and count and punish those who disobey their new laws.

How else could they possibly enforce all these new laws. More and more and more government. And for heavens sake only listen to dingy water birds and the other MVS.commers for advice!

This is almost enough to make anyone revolt!
