After a navy seal was killed at a Gun Range yesterday, there is NOW talk about addressing the problems with veterans who have PTSD.
Why veterans with PTSD would be encouraged to again shoot weapons is the question many are asking. They called this THERAPY?
We in Calaveras County became aware of two veterans who admitted being mentally disabled as a result of their military service just over a year ago.
Many have questioned why they still have a concealed weapon permit (CCW)? Is this what will eventually happen if the Sheriff refuses to take the permit and the gun away?.
Some are also asking about the sad situation in Forest Meadows. Was the man involved in the murder suicide a veteran?
Something has to happen to curb the unbelievable violence with guns that is going on in our country. It's clear that the NRA does not care about anything but selling more guns.
