Yet another 2+ hours spent on the Calaveras County Consent Agenda at the February 26, 2013 meeting.
Whoever makes up this agenda just appears to throw everything at the Consent and hope it sticks to avoid discussion of controversial subjects.
Who is the incompetent in this ridiculous game played with the public. Is it the Chair of the Board Callaway. Is it the brand new CAO? Or is it the Board Clerk making all the decisions now?
It's clear that changes need to be made somewhere...do the job right...or GET OUT!
