September 12, 2014 at 5:15PM: A black pickup, on fire on Hwy 99 at Jack Tone Road, spread to the surrounding grass, has caused lane three of Hwy 99 to be closed.
Cal Fire is at the scene. Several people, including children were seen running from the truck.
