April 13, 2015 at 1:20 PM: A car that ran off Hwy 108 near Coffee Road in Modesto was completely submerged in the canal.
An ambulance was dispatched. All parties got out of the car, but the dive team will have to go in a strap it to a tow truck. An ambulance responded to check for injuries.
