The controversy continues over what to do to replace Sheriff Gary Kuntz, who died of a heart attack last week. Some want to know if Kuntz full pay

At the November 3, 2015 Calaveras Supervisors Oliveira, Kearney and Edson, who were big time supporters of Kuntz reelection last year, refused to allow a new Sheriff to be appointed. Kuntz also campaigned for tea party Oliveira, so Oliveira claims he owes Kuntz..
They want Captain Macedo, a close political ally of Kuntz, who lives in another county, to continue running the department for THREE YEARS!
This is about the USUAL dirty politics of Calaveras County, who people in Sacramento political circles say is being run by a bunch of elected HICKS!!

This is just another typical Calaveras idiot-line of political favoritism. There need to be some recalls.
Someone knowledgeable of the procedure needs to start recalls - many of us will sign them!
