On November 20, 2015 at around 2:35 AM Calaveras Sheriff's deputies arrested Jessica James Brauer (23) of Mountain Ranch on O'Reilly Street in Valley Springs.
A possible burglary had been reported to the Sheriff's Office earlier; someone seen with flashlights, etc.
Brauer was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged
First Degree Burglary, a felony and for Controlled Substance Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Obstructing or Resisting a Peace Officer, Possession of Burglary Tools and Vandalism under $400, all misdemeanors.
Steven Arthur Williams (39) of Valley Springs was arrested at the same time and place for alleged First Degree Burglary, a felony and for Controlled Substance Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Obstruction or Resistance of a Peace Officer, Possession of Burglary Tools, and Vandalism under $400.
Williams was booked into the Calaveras County Jail. He also had two outstanding warrants with 5 charges total.
