November 3, 2015 at 12:30 PM: CHP was called to the scene of a reported traffic collision on Barney Way in West Point.
It turned out not to be a traffic collision, but a fatality of some type had occurred apparently in a vehicle. Emergency personnel attempted CPR but now the Coroner has been dispatched to the scene.
