Questions have arisen concerning CCWD's Reach I Project to provide high pressure water from Ebbetts Pass and Hunter's Dam to help Angels Camp should the flume burn again.
Why is CCWD spending ratepayer money to help Angels Camp? How will it help ratepayers in Ebbetts Pass? Who's money is being used for all of it? What has already been done?
