March 18, 2016 at 11:40 AM: A CHP unit reportedly has a blown out tire at Armstrong and Hwy 99 in Lodi.
A tow truck is en route to the scene. Be cautious if in that area.

CHP can't change their own tires? Back when I was a kid (admittedly long ago) CHP would stop and change a tire for any stranded motorist. Of course, no one had cell phones then, so you couldn't just call a tow truck.
