December 20, 2016 at 9:45 AM: First reported to CHP as an erratic driver on Hwy 99 southbound, a car that hit the guardrail and apparently struck two other vehicles went on down Hwy 99 and finally overturned near Whitmore in Ceres.
CHP and an ambulance are en route to the scene. There is debris all over the roadway, so please be extra cautious if in that area.
